I had a great time at this hotel, as it's situated right in the heart of Brickell, making it super easy to walk to landmarks like the Freedom Tower, which is less than 2 km away, and enjoy beautiful waterfront views at the Wharf, just a short stroll of about 1.5 km. plus, the staff was welcoming and my room was incredibly clean, with an awesome balcony view of the skyline that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The location was excellent, and the pastries served were delightful highlights of my stay. Despite the management's attempt to resolve the situation, the overall experience left much to be desired with unaddressed concerns.

The rooftop pool was perfect for chilling out and the spa facilities like the sauna and massage treatments were super relaxing. Such a central spot in Brickell!

Accessing the pool can be a gamble, as I found it closed due to private events during prime hours. The overall noise level in the hotel was bothersome, particularly from nearby events and the active nightlife spilling over into my room late at night. Recurring problems with the television remote added to the frustration, causing me to waste time switching out remotes without resolution.
